Before the consultation
If you change your mind before the consultation begins, please notify us by WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance and we will arrange a full refund where payment has already been made.
After the consultation
Because consultation is a time-based personal service, refunds are not generally offered once the session has taken place. If you have a concern about a session you've already attended, please contact us at jane55548866@gmail.com and we will discuss it in good faith.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked time.
